Room 6 Teachers - 3s and Young 4s Program

Laura | Lead Teacher
Laura received her AA Degree in Early Childhood Education from DeAnza College and continues to attend conferences and workshops, concentrating on including children with special needs in the preschool classroom. She holds a Child Development Site Supervisor Permit from the State of California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Laura has been working at Children's Corner for 26 years and currently leads our 3s and Young 4s Program.

Michelle | Teacher
Michelle holds a BA in Child & Adolescent Development from San Jose State University, and continues to take Early Childhood Education classes at Mission College and DeAnza College. She has her Site Supervisor Permit from the State of California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. She joined the staff at Children's Corner in 2007 and currently works full time in the 3s and Young 4s Program.

Christina | Teacher
Christina has a BA in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz and has taken her Early Childhood Education Classes at Foothill College. She holds a Site Supervisor Permit from the State of California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Christina works Tuesdays and Thursdays in our 3s and Young 4s Program and Monday, Wednesday, Friday afternoons in our 4s and Young 5s Class.

Maria | Teacher
Maria has taken her Early Childhood Classes at Foothill College where she continues to take classes. She currently works in the 3s and Young 4s Class Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings and works 5 afternoons in our 4s and Young 5s Class. A native Spanish speaker, she is our Spanish teacher in the English-Spanish Program on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons.
