Signing In & Out

State regulation requires that you sign your child in upon arrival and out upon departure.

Sheets for signing in and out are available in each room. Only persons (including family members and other caretakers) previously authorized by a child’s parents may sign out a child upon departure. Parents/guardians may add or delete authorized people by going to the office. People authorized to pick-up children from Children’s Corner, must be at least 18 years of age and have a current photo I.D.

It is important that you give accurate information when signing in so that we can reach a responsible adult quickly in the event of illness or emergency. Signing out is also important – the information on the sheets is used to account for children during fire drills and actual disasters.
